Motivation to endeavour

Dedication
If you truly want to succeed in life, open the doors of your dedication to it. Dedication is no more than a simple nature of endeavouring for a particular work. You can simplify it. Basically, dedication is your own desire, plunging from the inside of your heart, to do something or accomplish a task. Till you yourself don't agree with your soul to do it, you can never succeed in life. Life is a mountain, you can climb it only if you want to climb it up, and achieve. Your soul shall thrive for that task. You shall give your full attention to it. 
Consider being stuck in a financial problem or an academic situation. Now, until and unless you don't work to take out the cause and mould it into the solution, you will always fail solving it.
Realise, that attention, consideration and agreement with the soul are the brothers of dedication. Until you bring them unitedly together, they'll never match up. Dedication, is what we fail to connect. Just making your mind up for something offering you a reward is nothing more than simple ignorance and greed. If you truly want to live, live with a purpose, not with an idle mind which will face nothing else than grief.
